The basic problem of Indians is

WE don’t know our rights (right to free and fair education, right to free and high class treatment for ALL in govt hospitals, right to have our problems related to day to day living such as drinking water, drainage, transport etc are provided top class in all regions)

WE don’t know what we are entitled to at govt offices (online facility to get all approvals including house, office, import facilities) without even going there most of the times

We don’t know that govt servants are our servants and they are liable to serve us rather than dicatate us

We don’t know that politicians should listen to your grievances, reply promptly (even if it is not possible to do the task), arrange regular meetings to brief you on what developments are needed and what are planned and being done.

We don’t know what is respect and shoe licking. If we lose self respect, we can’t be morally better people (calling every one as Sir, standing up in your office on seeing higher officials are not needed most of the times)
